Delete your Roozio account

Roozio lets every signed-in user initiate permanent account deletion directly inside the iPhone app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Roozio and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your profile.
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Select Delete profile.
  5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This action is permanent. You will lose access to the deleted profile and account.

What deletion affects

The in-app flow removes your Roozio profile and authentication account. Associated information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Limited records may be retained where required for security, financial reconciliation or legal compliance, and protected backups may take additional time to expire.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your Roozio account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Unable to access the app?

Email support@roozio.pro from the address associated with your account. Support may need to verify account ownership before assisting. Never send a password or one-time authentication code.
