These terms apply when you access Roozio, create an account or use Roozio Studio.

Using Roozio
You must provide accurate account information, keep your access secure and use Roozio only in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for content you submit.
Coaching and health information
Roozio is a software platform for organizing fitness and nutrition information. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Users should seek qualified professional advice before making decisions that may affect health, particularly when managing an injury, medical condition or dietary restriction.
User content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Roozio the limited permission required to store, process and display that content so the service can operate. You must have the right to upload any content or personal information you provide.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through Apple’s App Store. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under the terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase. Deleting a Roozio account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Availability
We work to keep Roozio reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Account closure
You can delete your account from the profile screen. We may suspend or close accounts that materially violate these terms, misuse the service or create security risk.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Roozio develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or an in-product notice where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@roozio.pro.
