Information we process

Depending on the features you use, Roozio may process:

• Account identifiers such as name, email address and authentication provider identifier.
• Profile and coaching information you choose to provide.
• Training programs, workouts, nutrition entries, measurements, goals and progress records.
• Photos, attachments and feedback that you upload or submit.
• Subscription status and transaction validation information supplied by Apple. Roozio does not receive your full payment card details.
• Technical information needed for security, diagnostics and reliable operation.

How information is used

• To provide, synchronize and personalize Roozio features.
• To connect coaches and clients when they choose to work together.
• To authenticate accounts, protect sessions and prevent misuse.
• To provide support, investigate errors and improve product reliability.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Service providers

Roozio relies on infrastructure and platform services such as Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, storage and server functions, and Apple for platform authentication and subscriptions. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it under their applicable agreements.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can initiate account deletion directly in Roozio. Data may remain for a limited period in protected backups, security records or where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, control system permissions in iOS Settings, revoke connected access where available, request support and delete your account. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information.

Children

Roozio is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. Coaches and guardians are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable law.
